Cafe Fuwa-Fuwa, a pancake specialty cafe in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture, has made a cage-free commitment after informing us that all eggs used in the cafe are cage-free eggs in response to an inquiry from the Animal Rights Center Japan. A cage-free commitment is a promise to consumers to switch their eggs to cage-free eggs (barn-laid or free-range), or, for companies already using cage-free eggs, the promise to continue not using caged-eggs.
