In response to an inquiry from the Animal Rights Center Japan, the organic restaurant “Organic Grill Kugenuma-kaigan” in Kanagawa responded that all the eggs they use are already cage free and they promised they will continue to use them. They also would support the cage-free declaration.In addition to the eggs, we found out that the chicken meat they use, imported from Hungary, meets the standards of the Better Chicken Commitment.Also, as for vegetables, they mainly use organic and pesticide-free vegetables.
